Merchandise Return Instructions 

Thank-you for your DanaClassics.com purchase. We truly appreciate your business and hope you enjoyed shopping with us. 

Returns are accepted if: 
1- You have changed your mind about your order, and all product is unopened, cello intact. 
2- There was a defect with the product. 
3- There was an error with your order and you received incorrect merchandise. 

If any of the above reasons apply to your order, please return the item(s) within 30 days in their original packaging for a prompt refund. Complete the Return Form below and enclose it with your return. Please note that we cannot accept returns for any DANA products purchased from any other outlet/retailer/website. 

Please Note: We do not refund the original shipping costs unless the return is result of an error we made in filling your order or if the product is defective. 

1. Complete the Form
Complete the Return Form on the bottom of this sheet and include in your return package.
2. Package your return
Re-use the original box and packing material when possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label.  Seal the package securely with tape.  When the original packing material cannot be used, please use a sturdy box.

Please Allow Up To 30 Days  for us to receive and process your return. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping costs). Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
