Dana Classic Fragrances is required to add sales tax for merchandise based on the applicable state sales tax rate at the location to which the order is being shipped.
Once an order is shipped, we cannot change or cancel it until you have received your order. All returns of merchandise are subject to the Dana Classic Fragrances Return Policy.
For all orders placed online at www.danabeauty.com, we offer a 100% guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for an exchange of equal or lesser value within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days have passed, you will receive an exchange based on Dana Classic Fragrances from available stock and at our discretion.
We do not refund the original shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error we made in filling your order. In this case, we will provide you with information so that you may return your order via UPS.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Dana products that you purchased from any other source. We only accept items that were purchased from danaclassics.com or from the Dana mail order department.
Be sure to include a copy of your sales receipt that shows the date and order number of your purchase.
